Reovus is a family-owned, private real estate company based in Edmonton. Our portfolio focus is on stabilized, value-add commercial properties located in the Greater Edmonton Area, with a priority on multi-bay industrial assets.
At a Glance
Reovus Inc. came about with the intent to start acquiring stabilized, value-add commercial properties in the Edmonton area. While it started as a side-of-the-desk project, following our first acquisition in 2019, the Reovus portfolio is now over 300k square feet with targets set on continued growth.
We started out as, and will continue to be, a ‘tenant first’ company as we know who our most important stakeholders are. This means we will always self-manage our own assets, and will continue to acquire properties within the Greater Edmonton Area where we can have boots on the ground at any property within 30-minutes.
The Short Story
In-House Management.
We self-manage all the properties we own. Why? Because no one cares more about our tenants or our real estate than we do.
One Size Doesn’t Fit All.
While we focus on industrial assets with smaller bays (1,800 - 3,600 square feet per bay), our portfolio can also cater to much larger users (20-30k square foot bays). Our goal is to be able to help our Tenants up- or down-size within our portfolio depending on changing requirements. We actually care about Tenant retention and relationships - we will always do what we can to accommodate our tenants.
Local.
All of our assets are located in the Greater Edmonton Area. Our general rule when looking at any acquisition is that we have to be able to drive there in a reasonable time and that will keep our focus on assets in and around Edmonton. Having boots on the ground is critical to being able to provide timely service to our tenants, and to help us properly look after our buildings.
